1. Agreement on Collection and Disposal of Personal Information

• (1) Toytron does not collect users personal information without their consent, and collected personal information is kept strictly confidential except when the law requires.
• (2) Toytron has a procedure where users can click ether gree or isagree after reading Toytron Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions. By clicking gree users agree to collection of their personal information.

2. Personal Information Items to Be Collected and Method of Collection

• Toytron collects personal information as below to assist users in using our products and consulting with us, and to manage customer complaints.

  - Mobile phone number

3. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

• Toytron uses collected personal information of users to respond to their questions or to check service use history when providing support for them.

4. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

• (1) Personal information of users is used to fulfill their requests. Toytron does not use personal information for any purposes other than those specified in Terms and Conditions, and it will not be provided to third parties without their consent. It may be shared with third parties as exceptions in the cases below.
  • 1. If requested by government agencies for the purpose of investigations in accordance with relevant laws.
  • 2. If requested according to the procedures determined by relevant laws.
• (2) When providing personal information of users to third parties, Toytron gives users prior notice and obtain their consent by posting on the website the information about who receives such personal information, why it is provided, and what information is provided. No personal information will be provided without their consent.

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

When the purpose of collection and use of personal information is fulfilled, personal information will be immediately disposed of except when a longer retention is required by relevant laws or Toytron policy.

6. Sharing and Providing Personal Information

Personal information collected from users is used only for the purposes specified in Terms and Conditions. It may be used for other purposes if required by law or its equivalent, but there should be prior notice and consent from users.
